Oils & powders
≤10ppmOils must qualify compositionally and be liquid at 15–25°C. Powders have a defined particle-size classification.
Δ9-THC · by massCOMPLIANCE & QUALITY
A precise approach to residual THC, laboratory evidence and destination-market requirements for qualified B2B research supply. Because a number is only useful when its meaning is clear.
Our manufacturing/lab partner is ISO 9001 certified and operates under cGMP 21 CFR Part 111 for dietary supplements and 21 CFR Part 117 for human food.
Our testing practice: third-party potency and THC testing is performed by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory within the relevant testing scope. This is the laboratory’s accreditation, not our own.
JAPAN’S RESIDUAL THC FRAMEWORK
Japan’s framework, effective from 12 December 2024, sets Δ9-THC limits by product classification. These limits are not general permission to supply every cannabinoid.
Oils must qualify compositionally and be liquid at 15–25°C. Powders have a defined particle-size classification.
Δ9-THC · by massAqueous classification depends on composition and viscosity, not merely the presence of water.
Δ9-THC · by massIncludes many solid, semi-solid and non-aqueous forms. Consult the official classification examples.
Δ9-THC · by massCBN became a designated substance in Japan on 1 June 2026. Ordinary manufacture, import, sale, possession and use are prohibited; limited exceptions require specific procedures. We do not offer CBN for Japan or facilitate exception applications.
Official MHLW CBN noticeREADING THE RESULT
ND means an analyte was not detected or reported above a laboratory’s stated threshold under the method used. It does not mean a mathematical concentration of zero.
The level at which an analyte can be distinguished from background under the method.
The level at which it can be quantified with defined performance. An “ND” result needs the lab’s reporting convention.
THE QUALITY FRAMEWORK
Our release framework connects identity, analysis, lot-level evidence and destination review before supply.
Define the cannabinoid identity, impurity panel, final-product form and destination requirements before release.
We use externally accredited laboratories within their relevant ISO/IEC 17025 scope for validated, sufficiently sensitive LC-MS/MS analysis.
Confirm analytes, LOD, LOQ, method, sampling date and lot reference in the actual COA. ND must be read with the method’s reporting convention.
Confirm ingredient eligibility and final-form compliance independently. Import confirmation and other requirements depend on the product and use.
ISO/IEC 17025 applies to the externally accredited laboratories that perform our potency and THC testing, within their relevant scope. It is not a certification of nondetect.bio or a blanket approval of a product.
Review our sample document formats or request a lot-specific documentation package.
